I don’t know if I missed an announcement but just noticed today that the Spotify Symbian client has been quietly updated from 3.22 to 3.23.
So far the main difference on the N97 S60v5 version appears to be the removal of the custom keypad and integration of the N97 native text input screen. This means you can use predictive text and on the N97 use the keyboard too.

The app still won’t rotate to landscape mode so if you do use the keyboard you’ll have to tilt your head.
